The HTC One M8 Eye is alleged to be an 13MP version of the HTC One M8, and the listing on TEENA confirms it. The device also a second "3D" camera on top of the main unit and a 5MP selfie unit like the original HTC One M8.
There is still a 5" full HD display, same 2GB of RAM and probably the same processor. The phone measures 146x70.6x9.4mm and weighs 157grams.
There are two models, one was HTC M8Et for China which supports 128GB SD card capacity and the M8Ew for India supports 64GB SD card capacity.
The release date has not yet been talked about, but expect the debut to be near.
