Samsung working on a 14nm A9 chip for Apple Samuel Enife - 1:12 AM Tech giants Samsung are said to be working on a 14nm chipset that will be used in upcoming Apple devices including iPhone 6s by next year. The target is to make a chip that is 15% smaller, 20% faster and 35% battery efficient than the A8 chip.
