Few days ago we brought you leaks of the Samsung Galaxy S6, and other large flagships of 2015 have been leaking by the days. However a new report from Korea suggests that the production of the Samsung Galaxy, LG G4 and Sony XperiaZ4 may be put on hold for sometime.
According to news getting to us, the cause of the delay is because the company behind the chipset in all these smartphones; Qualcomm is facing little problems with the production of it's Snapdragon 810 processors. The sources says the Snapdragon 810 SoC's are causing overheating on devices been used.
If things went as planned, the Samsung S6 is expected to be unveiled in 2015 Q1 as well as the LG G4. Although the Sony Xperia Z4 which was rumoured to sport a Snapdragon 805 chipset will be unveiled earlier at the 2015 CES which will take place in January.

Qualcomm is facing a hard to solve problem. The Snapdragon 810 overheats when it reaches a specific voltage. It also slows down owing to problems with the RAM controller connected to the AP. In addition, there is an error in the driver of the Adreno 430 GPU, an insider said.
