Samsung Galaxy S6 is one of the biggest expectations of the smartphones industry for 2015 considering the recent flops of Samsung, and it's now on benchmark site to raise some eyebrows.
A device registered as Samsung G925F was found at AnTuTu benchmarks site probably someone at Samsung was running some tests on it.
According to the details on AnTuTu the supposed Samsung Galaxy S5 will sport a 5.5-inch Quad HD display, a 20MP rear camera alongside a 5MP front camera, under the hood is a Samsung Exynos 7420 64-bit octa-core SoC backed by 3GB of RAM and sports a 32GB internal memory capacity.
