The MWC is closing in, and new phones are being tested one last time before their premieres at the expo. And there is no surprise of the abundance of still unannounced phones appearing at the GFX database prior to the Barcelona show.
Xiaomi Mi 5c went through the GFX benchmark test, and the app captured its specs. There are no surprises, the app just confirms what we know so far - a 5.5" 1080p screen, Xiaomi's Pinecone V670 chip (8x A53 CPU, Mali-T860MP2 GPU), 3GB of RAM, 64GB storage, a 12MP main camera with 1080p video recording, and an 8MP selfie snapper. The Android OS behind MIUI 8 should be 7.1.1 Nougat.
Xiaomi Mi 5c should go official on February 28, when Xiaomi will be unveiling its Pinecone chipsets.
The Huawei P10 also went through GFX and the specs footprint is all but a surprise. The regular P10 has a 1080p display, Kirin 960 chip with 4GB of RAM, 64GB storage, and Leica-powered dual-camera with one of the sensors being 12MP.
Finally, the upcoming Moto G5 has also left traces at the GFX benchmark. Once again - the app confirms what we knew so far - a 5" 1080p screen, Snapdragon 430 chip with 2GB RAM, and a 12MP main camera.
Lenovo has scheduled a press event on February 26 in Barcelona, so we expect the Moto G5 and G5 Plus to make an entrance there.
