Remember the Galaxy C7 Pro that was unveiled roughly two months ago? Well Samsung silently launched its smaller version dubbed Galaxy C5 Pro. The phone has a 5.2” Super AMOLED display, a 2,600 mAh battery and 16 MP F/1.9 cameras on the front and the back.
Samsung keep expanding its C-series portfolio with the new Galaxy C5 Pro. The phone is internally identical to its bigger bother, the Galaxy C7 Pro. Both have Snapdragon 625 chipset with octa-core Cortex-A53 CPU clocked at 2.2GHz and 4GB RAM packed. The internal storage is 64 GB and there is also a microSD slot.
Samsung put two 16 MP cameras with f/1.9 aperture - one on the front and one on the back. Both record Full HD @ 30 fps.
Galaxy C5 Pro has a fingerprint scanner in the front-mounted button enabling the phone to work with Samsung Pay.
The phone has three color options - Lake Blue, Maple Leaf, and Powder Rose. Pre-order is already available on Samsung China’s website with an official launch on March 16. The device is worth CNY2,499 or approximately $362.
Thanks for the tip, Georgy!
