The Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design is a beautiful phone – some like it better than the P20 Pro that it was based on what with the lack of a notch and the addition of an under display fingerprint reader. But beauty comes at a price, specifically a high one.
Clove UK has started taking pre-orders at £1,692. As you can probably tell, this is for the reasonable 256 GB version, the 512 GB one is not available (which would be over £2,000).

And it’s only coming in Black, the Red version is exclusive to China. Units will be available in two weeks (starting after April 23). Note that Porsche-Design.com says units will be available in May. It’s priced €1,550, so it’s cheaper (by about one mid-range Android phone).
