India' OEM Xolo has launched a new smartphone called the Xolo Opus 3. The device cost's $136 (about IN 8,499 Indian rupees) and is available at accredited dealers across India.
On the specs sheet the Xolo Opus 3 has

- 1.2GHz quad-core CPU
- MediaTek MT6582M chipset
- 1GB RAM
- 8GB storage with microSD slot
- 8MP rear and 5MP front duo camera
- 2500mAh battery
- Dual SIM slot (GSM+GSM)
And Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS.
